Well, he seems to be at it again.

In his Audio stuff for sale thread I asked about the amps, he told me $160 with shipping, I sent the money through paypal on 5/14.

I wait a week and PM him asking if he got them shipped, a few days go by and he responds saying he was in the hospital and he had not.

He then said he would send them out last Friday, he then says he shipped them but does not have a tracking #.

I open a dispute through paypal, he responds with an email saying he didn't know who I was and if I could prove I sent him the money, I responded with the PM's we exchanged.

Right now I just want my $160 bucks back.

I'm sure there is something to work out. He is a very busy guy in active army duty and stuff comes up all of a sudden. I had no problems dealing with him

Trepaul the problems you had were with shipping to Canada. I asked you the better part of a month if you still had the part i needed and if you would send it for me. I had to almost hound you till i got a reply as well i sent you my address and money to ship it and said send it when ever you can, there for putting good faith in you that you would send it. which you did only to get pissy at me because you had a hard time shipping to Canada.

Just goes to show you what he's like.

Don't sell or buy **** on this forum if you dont' have the time to get online and stay in touch at the least. That's what it comes down to.

I have bought a LOT of stuff from members and off E-bay and never had a problem.

Infact, I would say 90% of the mods on my truck were bought off the net, paypal the funds, wait a couple of days and there it is.

He said he was going to find out what happened, we'll see.....

I'm sure he will. He's in the army so he has to do alot of word of mouth work, so somthing may have happened but you guys will figure it out. No need to cut down eachother so much, unless its indeed a scam and he has/will not ever be getting in contact with you. Otherwise people on here may get the wrong impression of someone based on a simple mistake or miscommunication that is exploited by the opposite party.

everyone has learned their lessons now I'm sure

I am not bad mouthing him, and I'm giving him every oppertunity to fix it.

I hope it does work out, like I told him- I don't want to cause him any problems and I still plan on leaving him positive feedback if I ever do get the amps.

I just couldn't get an answer from him until I started this thread, and I know people get busy, but 2 weeks and then I get a deadend tracking #.

As soon as I get a valid tracking # or my money back I will report it here.

Listen man the amps are on there way. I am just as frustrated with this tracking number bs as you are. I am trying to get this sorted out. If you don't like how I am trying to get this sorted out, feel free to call Canada Post and sort it out your self. I gave you the numbers right off of the receipts that my brother gave me, if you think i am bull****ting you I will be more then glad to post pics on the forum to show they are sent. You should have your amps by end of next week.

As for Trepaul

I waited for you to send my stuff for over 2 weeks before you decided to get off your *** and send it. You gave me excuses like i am busy with school and i can not find a box that it will fit in. And you know what i was patient with you. And when you could not get a hold of me because i went home for th long weekend you get all pissy with me. If anything people on here should watch out for guys like you. You Expect people to jump when you try to get ahold of them but you take forever to do anything yourself.

Then last night I get a PM saying he was going to the post office to find out what the problem was...

This morning I get a PM saying they were busy and he got a answering machine when he called.

As soon as I get a valid tracking # or my money back I will report it here.
As for now though I feel like I got jacked.

i wasn't talking about you really, but others had bad mouthed him in here and another thread. feedback and pm's is where most the dirty work and expression should be.

That's weird, I've been around a lot longer than you, I have a rep. I send packages in the US all the time to people, and all but you are very happy with me.

It was a god damn transmission dipstick. Finding a box to fit that in was hard enough, let alone shipping to Canada which involves stupid paperwork. I apologize for advancing my education for 12 hours a day every day, but you're not going to stop that.

Before I even agreed to sell it to you, you sent the money, and got on my profile and found my email, guessing it was to my paypal. WTF is wrong with you.

Everyone, this is the Reader585 I wast talking about in my thread. Just a future heads up of what you get to deal with if you do business with this jack off.

This is why I don't sell anything on here for the most part. Something always seems to come up. It turns into he said this and he said that, and just gets messed up.

Trevor I have no problem with you going to school and i don't expect you to throw the towel in. Were I have a problem is like I said earlier, when i was trying to get a hold of you I couldn't, but when you tried to get a hold of me you expect me to be glued to my computer. As for sending you the money I apologize for sending it with out your approval. Next time I will wait till I have written consent from you to do anything. As for arguing over this i am done, you are not worth my time or effort.
