Side exit exhaust

ok the past couple days ive been thinking about running my exhaust in front of my passager tire, i have a flowmaster 40 series s/in dual/out, i went back to the place that put my muffler on and they said for $100 they would move the muffler forward replace the pipe between the cat and muffler and add 2 3inch tips out infront of the passenger tire, so my question is, is it a good look and good price. Pics would be helpful if possible

thanks

i got my muffler put on for $125 which wasent bad cause i was just gona put it on myself but for an extra $25 dollors i was like why not, and i have had it dumped after the muffler for about a year, im just want something differnt, every one had it out the back or angled out the back, you dont see many side exits

I'd go with smaller tips. I have a single 3.5" tip and it's just perfect. I couldn't imagine bigger especially 2 of them

my idea for the tips was that they would be as flush with the side as possible but angled, if you get what im saying and before i get them installed i would get him to hold 2 tips up to see if thats what i want

here is my side exit. I painted it flat black with the high temp paint to match the rest of the truck no tip necessary imo.

My only complaint is that it is hard to keep clean, road tar is tough to get off.

well ive changed my mind, it was the cost that did, i found someplace that will replace the pipe inbetween the cat and muffler and add 2 tail pipes out the back for a amazing price of $140 including tax with everything, pipe hangers etc but the thing is i called another place around me he wanted $225 and i thought man thats too much

you cant have the exhaust comeing out in front of both tires, the gas tank is in the way on the drivers side

yes shortening the pipe does change it, mayb not power but if there is no muffler and just straight out the side sounds worse then just a muffler bypass which is what i have
