I got one burned out, so I replaced it. It still does not work? What gives with that. The connection looks fine.

 

I'd see if I have power at the connector.

 

Use a multi meter and check to see if the bulb is good or not.
Check the connections as roiosmojave3 suggested for power and corrosion and after that look for the ground connection see if it is good.
if any of the connections are corroded check out both Fogs, clean them up and use an anti-corrosion paste on the connections.
