SuperLift Front Driveshaft U-Joints

Can you get these at local autoparts stores or do you have to order them from superlift?

well the one at the diff is a stock one, same as stock 1310, the top double cardon thing you can get a 1310 rebuild kit or have someone rebuild it. its not the standard ujoints.

Hey cuz. lol. What are you symptoms? I'm thinking mines starting to get kinda sloppy...but it could be the oval steel wheels I'm running though. lol.

Mine was making a bad rattling noise so I called superlift and they dont sell a rebuild kit. They gave me the manufacture called Neatco that sells it but you have to be a dealer to buy from them. I went to my local auto parts house and they matched them up and I rebuilt it myself. No more noise.

^^info on the rebuild please? parts? pieces? prices?

Did Superlift give you Neapco part numbers or did Neapco give you part numbers? Reason I ask is that I've got 3 local retailers for Neapco rebuild parts and I've yet to go talk to any of them.

Thanks cuz.

I bought the SL shaft used. There was no way I was going to pay the new price.

These are the same u-joints as as what are in the XJ shaft I made for my Superlift. The ONLY difference between a 1-0153 and 1-0154 joint is the grease fitting....and the price! Just get three 1-0153s. They're 1/2 the price of the 1-0154. 1-0153 has a regular grease fitting and the 1-0154 has a button type fitting for clearance reasons.
From the looks of mine the regular fitting will clear... or you can try to reuse your old fittings. Or just grab two new ones... it will still be cheaper than buying the 1-0154s.

And if you need any other parts... just get your parts guys to look up the front shaft of an early 90's XJ or an older Ranger/Explorer. They all seem to use the same parts from the measurements I've received and the research I did while building mine.
They all use a 7-0082NG centering yoke and a N2-26-367 H-yoke.
