Safari bar is on, help me pick out some lights!

So I got the Safari Bar installed tonight that I bought from ShadowRanger08. Ignore the rusty part of it, I'm going to sandblast it and have it powdercoated in the near future.

I'm thinking of going with some round lights, probably 5" or so. Anybody else have something like that who can post up some pics? I want to see what various lights and sizes will look like before I order. Thanks!

Please lose the square lights! Other than that the bar looks great

I'm going to keep them, but they're going to go on the back of the Jeep that is also in the pic above.

Thats a good place for them. I would assume the round lights will be going where the squares are now?

Yes they will be... I'm thinking something like one of these:

Pro Comp Suspension Systems 9004 - Pro Comp Lighting - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Pro Comp Suspension Systems 9561 - Pro Comp Lighting - Overview - SummitRacing.com

I don't need anything too fancy... they aren't going to be used a whole lot.

The second one is thin. It will fit between the radiator and grill. I'd go with the first ones on a bar.

I'd say either 4" Piaa's or 6" Piaa slims or KC slimlites. I don't know of any quality, nice lights in 5". Hella's are junk and cheap.

Of course....IMO....scrap that bar because I think they be u-g-l-y. lol.

Yep, the hardtail is a 243 custom build, my bro-in-law built it up a year or two ago. The pink bike is my fiance's '08 Fisher Hifi Deluxe GS. Beside it is a Norco VPS Shore and behind that you can barely see my '06 Norco Six One. There's about 6 more bikes you can't see behind the truck. lol There's a Haro, another Fisher, my unicycle.....

I know not everyone likes these bars, but I do. lol I know it hurts the approach angle but it doesn't really bother me. It's easily removable if need be. 5 minutes and it's off or back on. I like bolt on stuff like this because I can change it up by taking it on and off whenever!

Does Piaa have a lower priced line of lights? I like the covers/guards I see on them all the time. I like the KC's but they're priced a whole lot more than what I want to spend on something I'm only going to use occasionally.

Got enough bicycles?

I would go with something the same diameter of your headlights...

Yep... lol and I even sold two when I bought my Six One!

That's a good idea... I'll have to go measure the headlights and see what size they are. That would probably look good as the fogs are about the same size as the signals.

Honestly, you can't beat high quality parts. Even if they barely ever get used. Hell....my 4 slimlites like never get used! lol. I got 2 of mine used off a member here for like $60 shipped...the other 2 from 4wheelparts for like $150 brand new. Piaa's are the spendiest. I only brought them up because they make 'em in 4" size.

I'd start checking out eBay....I see almost new used KC's and Piaa's going for pretty decent prices. But again, you can't beat quality parts. Hella's are plastic crap housings.

^^Those pictured are Daylighter style....6" FAT housings. I don't think you have the room for those in your location. I'm pretty sure you're stuck to slim style housings.

The pic should be working, it is for me, anyway they are the normal ones with the "FAT" housing shane described. For me they fit just fine, but I dont know how tight your bar is to your truck so you might want to take some measurements.
