hi everyone im new to the forum and i was wondering if any one could help me find a suspension lift for my 2008 fx4 ranger i have looked and was unable to find any thing

 

4" superlift kit, only suspension lift out there. Or a 3" body lift.

Yea your in the same boat as me, either a ****ty body lift, a 1600$ suspension superlift or a solid axel swap. Solid axel is the best but takes alot of money to do it right, plus the down time on your truck sucks if it is a daily driver. I was going to go with a body lift but they really do look like ****. If i had the 4" suspension id maybe put a 1" bl on it but no more, cant stand the gap and all that crap your gonna have to reweld to make it look right.

 

I'd go with a Superlift or RCD (if you can find one) suspension lift for a daily driver. I don't recommend body lifts, but that is a personal choice. They both have their own pros and cons.

 

Like everyone else is saying a Superlift is the only thing on the market that is a suspension lift for your truck. To bad they don't make RCD lifts though because they made your ride alot better due to the coil overs.

Also remember that your going to have to throw down a $1000+ on a lift plus minimum $1000 on wheels and tires.

 

bodylifts look fine if done properly, imo.

you're retarded if you think you need to weld ANYTHING on a bodylift.

 

to look like its bodylifted, no, but I do kinda agree with him,
to make it looks RIGHT you gotta cut your hitch to move it up, make new brackets for tow hooks, weld your exhaust up 3" and those are just the obvious,

 

to answer this, nope! its strictly bolt on.
