Drop hitch?

So with my bodylift and 33s a 7" drop worked fine for pulling my 5x10. but once i got my new rear bumper the 7" wasnt cutn it. I went to a local welding shop and they wanted $400 for a 15" drop. I wasnt about to pay that. so i found this set up at farm and fleet, its 13" of drop and works great!

my 7" drop

Yeah, I was wondering if the double lifted guys had this problem or not... my receiver is about 30" off the ground.
