odd noise from front left side of truck

hard to explain, but when i go up a curved driveway curb with the left side, meaning i turn left into the driveway, when i hit the bump theres a click coming somewhere from the front. its been doing it forever, but never really bothered to fix it. is something loose? or do i need to replace some wear parts

and also, it does it only over some bumps. and not only when turning left. i was just using that as an example that happens most often. but if i turn right into the driveway, meaning the front right tire hits the bump first, it doesn't make any noise. idk.

Do you still have a sway bar?
Most likely it is a loose/worn sway bar end link. They can feel tighter than hell and still make noise.
Otherwise, raise the front of the truck in the air and check for movement in upper/lower ball joints and tie rod ends, wheel bearings, etc.

You need to lift the front and check for play in everything with the weight off the tires. Nothing complicated, just try to move the tires around and see if anything moves, and where.
First check lugnut torque since a loose lug can do the same.
