New Guy and I have a question

Well I was just offered the other day my grandparents 2000 dark green supercab ranger XLT and have decided to get it but there are weird window vents on the windows just behind the larger passenger windows. I dont what these are and have never really cared for them. I've never seen any ranger with them and wondering what they are and if they are removable?

Thanks, and I hope my time in this forum teachs me alot about mysoon to be truck.

Yeh those are just put on with double sided tape, heat them up with a hair dryer and peal off.

Throw them on craigslist. Bet you will get at least $20.

sorry, I meant to get a new exhaust system for a more aggressive sound and a little performance gain. What I did with mine was go to advance auto and I bought a 2-1/2" Dynomax cat-back exhaust. which was around $200.00 and I went and bought a magnaflow muffler to replace the dynomax muffler, so essentially I have a magnaflow cat back.

Here's 2 vids I got, doesnt sound as aggressive as a flowmaster but I like it:
