I should get 2-3 of them done this week. Just all depends on how my mom's surgery goes.

haha just for that Dan I will make a teaser thread and blame it on you and everyone will get mad at you! LOL. Thanks Randy her doctor is really good. Already did one back surgery and it went well. The next one is on her lower back and has a 6 week recovery. So it's either get this stuff done while she is in the hospital or make Josh go get it done for me LOL.

surgery is on thursday. she will be there for 3 days. I'll be there thursday for the surgery. That leaves me with friday and sat to get some stuff done. After that for at least the next 2-3 weeks i wont be doing anything vehicle related the requires me to leave house other then groceries. Plus we have the pool being finished tomorrow. So I'll get to deal with that too.

eh back surgery? I better be literally crippled before id let anyone do back surgery on me. once you have one, you will forever be having more...

aside from that, glad your keeping the ranger... I seriously considered trading mine in on a new camaro, however they wouldnt 'deal' with me so i left... though I have kicked around the idea of a new GMC... those are nice truck, ahh but again, having no truck payment sure is nice.

 

Once the new Camaro Z28s come out (2013 or 14) I will be dumping my entire Coast Guard wages on it. I need one. Bad. And I will go bankrupt for it lol.

Defiantly keeping the truck though. I'll probably drop another few grand on it and put in a 4.0 or 5.0.

As far as the new GMCs go, my dad has an 09 Sierra 1500 SLE Z71 Off Road. Loaded. Everything but leather interior and touch screen. Sooooo nice. Rides better than my ranger for sure.

Get the 5.3 liter though. The 6.2 is too expensive and the 4.8 is a drag.

Watch the undercoat though. Stuff is flaking off BAD. I go under it with spray paint every month to hit the spots that are showing bare metal. Frikin Chevy.

The muffler on that thing is HUGE. Like 3 feet round and 24 inches long lol. I can't wait to glass pack it.
