I'm looking to install a light bar on top of my cab, but my '97 isn't fitted with any sort of roof rack or runners on the cab top. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for mounting a roof rack and/or lights (that will fit with a cap, without mounting on the cap itself)

 

Yakima has clips that work for a ranger for a roof rack

 

i was thinking somewhat similar, i have a camper cover on my ranger, and i was thinking of mounting off road lights in front of the rise, but i was thinking of somehow mounting a light bar on the cab via the 3rd brake light on the cab, since i dont use it anymore
