NightShading Taillights..
I get my can of spray tomorrow and i couldnt find how to really do it..i searched but didnt find anything...
so i need to know how to do it..i know it needs like 3 coats...what else?
Wet sand?

very very light coats... depending on how dark you want it will determain how many coats, when i do mine im just gunna do one because i want a fog look....
you can wet sand if you want to but i dont think you have to...
put like 3 coats of clear on and it will make it look really good

check out my thread i posted last week, i have some in process pics. I had mine done in less than 2 hours, start to finish. 3 and 3. came out perfect. clean it with simple grean automotive, then started spraying.
yess very light coats, and as many till you achieve your liked darkness. its dries fairly fast imo, and get some nice clearcoat..thats the longest to dry

Make sure it is evenly coated. It can come out splotchy looking. I sanded them down on a car I did just to get the gov't lettering off and to level off where the taillight came out of the molding process from the factory. I don't know if the ranger lights have these. I sanded those down with 60 grit, then 400 grit, then painted, then cleared them. I used spray cans on all of it..
