RIP Old girl

the ranger has served me 6 years and i got a phone call today saying she is infact totaled i was overnighted a check which is supposed to be here around noon tommorrow in the sum of $8,864 im putting it on a down payment on a 2005 ford f150 crew cab lariat 5.4l v8

damn, i cant believe they totaled it. that sucks but good luck buying your new truck. i love my F-150, they are great trucks, im sure it will serve you as well as your ranger did.

they looked at the suspension and told me the rear axle is bent the driverside leafspring is about to come apart and the front driverside lower control arm is bent up and also the section of frame under the cab by the front leaf spring mount is cracked and bent

my back is much better im able to walk normally but i cant lift anything heavy or my back starts a stabbing pain

if that F-150 had a black interior it would be my trucks twin! looks like its in great shape!

i got the carfax aswell its only had 1 owner and everything checks out..im picking it up for 15500 out the door

kbb on it is 20k so im happy..lol only mods planned for it are what came off the ranger 6000k hid's for the headlights and foglights and my pioneer doubledin avic d-3 radio

im not going to lie i honestly shed a few tears when i took the pics and walked away..ive had the truck for 6 years and she never let me down no matter how much abuse and weird *** modding i did to it..

frame and suspension damage from slamming down on it when it was on 2 wheels for 100 feet..then hitting a tall curb and a road sign then a fence..lol

the frame damage is what did it for sure. cracked and bent is no good.

hope you enjoy the new 150.

when i crashed my truck i didn't know it very well. only a few weeks. now i would burst into tears lol.
