go to the how-to section and pic one from the glossary. sounds like a pretty solid ride on the outside. start doing work on the interior.

you need to decide whether you want to get 2 buckets and a center console or just some nicer 60/40 split bench seats. check out your local JYs for options. since you are an extended cab you can use seats from a regular cab. only explorers, sport tracs, other extended rangers, expo sports, or mustangs.

i also noticed that you have the flag style mirrors. you should upgrade to 06+ mirrors.

i have the 60/40 seats and i wanna go to bucket, what do you suggest for bucket seats that will have a good matching center console that will work well with a stick shift?

yeah center consoles work fine with manual trannys. you can either do a explorer center console which runs all the way in between the seats or a expo/tremor shorty console which doesn't connect to the dash.

for the buckets you can either get some leather ones from an expo or get some out of a ranger that has a factory center console.

really depends on condition and the JY. i got my 2004 60/40 split seats for $150. they are super clean.

if i would have picked them up at a pull it yourself yard they would have been $50 though. you will have to look around.
