New Aftermarket Tires

Hi,
I would like to know the largest tires that can be mounted to my factory wheels.
Any suggestion?
They are the Aluminum 5 – “Y” Spoke 16”x7.0J Wheels
Current tires are P255 / 70R16 Goodyear Wrangler RT/S.
Thanks,

tyman

Largest or largest on your vehicle (I'm assuming it is stock)? I am also assuming you have a 4x4 by the current tire size so I'd go with 265/75R16's.

There are many good choices. What kind of tire do you want? All terrain, mud terrain, or?

60000 kilometers. Auto transmission. previously owned by a police officer. Still has a 2year power train warranty.

tyman,

I just got some tires put on my new fx4 with 16" rims, they were goodyear wrangler silent armours - pretty sure they were similar to stock size. 255/70r/16

havent taken them offroad, but they have been chewing through the snowfall we just got here with relative ease.

I vote Duratracs or BFG A/Ts. I've had them both and they both work great!
