Pontiac vs ranger.

I seen the honda vs ranger thread.

Driving this evening in the rain. Stopped for a stop sign and bam! Man, lifted me up and threw me fowards a little. Actually knocked the wind out of me. I couldnt believe the limited damage that i can see. The plastic cover is shot. Plate light is knocked loose and slightly off on level. Plate and plate frame bent too. First thing the guy said when i got out was "thats why you drive a truck" Later i laughed about it but was still kinda shocked when he said it. I just new the truck was busted up but it doenst appear to be. I'll be having it all checked out. Can't imaging impact to bend it down like dudes on other thread.

Damn... I hope you and the other guy are alright. A lot of accidents lately...

Where I work, we had three technicians get into accidents with their Rangers. 3 in one WEEK!!! Yikes.

i think all these accidents are an inside job from the auto makers. they wanna get rid of all rangers and get us to buy new 2011 f-150s, edges or transits since they are the replacement vehicles.

good to see you were not hurt. did you get checked out?

LOL.
I can put my hand between bumper and bed (below the tail lights kinda) on the right side of bumper and not on the left. If you stand back you can see its off. I got under it and seen a big scuff mark he put on my spare tire.

Glad you and your truck are alright

As I was sitting behind a car that had just wrecked last night with flashers on (L1224R conversion in 06+ tails to give you idea of brightness) and flares out and I still had about 15 cars almost rear end me while waiting for 25 mins for PD to arrive.

Goes to show how dumb drivers are and the bottom line how much people really pay attention... I think Its time for at least one amber strobe in the rear (as I stop often for disabled vehicles)

THey are crazy. This happened at the 4 way stop on Commerce at washburn. Sitting there cars drive by and were spinning their tires away from the 4 way. Right infront of our wrecked cars and cop behind us. Crazy!

Getting it looked at. i want a new bumper. While their doing it wonder what the ods of having a tow hitch i have put in. hmmm?
