Cash for junk cars??

Besides the first few companies that come up when you search on google, does anyone know of any other good companies that offer cash for cars that aren't running. I got a quote today for my 88 ranger, they said they would give me 250 if its not running. Its still running, I'm just planning on what I am going to do when its not. I don't think someone would want to buy it for more than 250. I bought it for 650 a week ago, and plan on having it for a little bit. Any one know??

$250 is a really good scrap value price. They give that around here for a Ranger sized (weight) vehicle if you haul it to them. The places that come get the cars for you (around here) only give around $100-$150 at most.

Yeah its 320 if I bring it to them. Pretty good I think since I only bought it for 650. I thought it was weird that it didnt matter if it is running or not.

Or when you kill the engine you can drop a 302 in and have some real fun!

302 is so easy to install if you can find a good C4 tranny to go with it. you will want to locate a salvage with a good 80s and 90s ford section. most every thing you need is off the shelf ford parts. I built a 90 ranger supercab about 12 years ago for about $1200 with the price of the truck included. ( $300 ) you already have the truck so you should build it.
