Wheel Bearing/Races

How do you remove the races from the rotor? 2003 ford ranger 2wd

carefully tap it out with a screw driver and hammer....but most new rotors include them already pressed in if you're getting new rotors at the same time. Then just new bearings or repack the ol' ones.

I was told you cant mismatch bearings and races. They are made together
