I have a 97 Ranger XL single cab with a torn bench seat and many broken springs. I'd like to replace it with either bucket seats or a 60/40 seat. What years will interchange with the 97 as far as seats go?

I found a wrecked 2003 with a beautiful set of buckets and center console, but didn't know if they would bolt right in or not.

What years should I look for?

 

for direct bolt in, 97 and older reg cab ONLY! you will still have to drill 2 holes per seat. you will need to get the 97 and older reg cab tracks as well. if you get just a set of tracks, then you can use this list:

98+ reg cabs can work as well, but may require some trimming of the mounting holes.
