So my wife took our ranger in today because the driver side window would chatter going down. We have only had the truck 3 months i dont see how the regulator is bad already. Somebody told me that it may be due to the in-channel ventvisors have yall heard of this i think its a bogus excuse ive had several vehicles with them on it and never once had a problem.

 

I dont see how the vent visors would cause an issue with the window goig down. Maybe give it issues closing. I think you just got a bad part, warranty should cover it.

 

Yep warranty covering it, they just have to order the part they dont stock it. It actually doesnt cause any problems in my opinion im just saying what a parts guy told me.

 

this is a common problem. mine has done it since day one. there are other members that have this same issue.
