so i have had my 3.0 2002 ranger for bout a month now i notice a quiet rattle initially now its increased in and is from about 45 to 65 mph no matter what rpm or acceleration deceleration. had fuel systems cleaned with seafoam actually gumout proffesional product and spark plugs and wires are new oil new zmax engine conditioner its on driver side upfront someone said maybe fan clutch but doesnt run hot or anything? any fixes or diagnosese?

 

noise increased some after having tires balanced and rotated

Could be an exhaust heat shield(s). Just a thought.

 

Nah brotha I appreciate the thought that's what I thought initially had the hole exhaust redone and cats cut out so no heat shields think something with suspension
