Electrical A/C Problem

I replaced a stuck a/c compressor on my 1994 Ranger 4.0. Pretty easy. Now that I replaced it there is no power to the replacement a/c compressor clutch. I have jumped the low pressure switch which puts power to the WOT A/C cutout relay contacts which has to be "made" before passing current to the a/c compressor clutch. The WOT A/C control relay coil is not getting power from the PCM to close the contacts which passes current to the clutch. What is strange the original a/c compressor clutch would engage but now there is no power to the WOT A/C cutout relay after replacement. Can the PCM be reset or will it have to be replaced?

A/C wiring in lower left hand side of schematic.

Disconnected the negative battery cable for 15 minutes. When reconnected had power to WOT A/C relay. Finished adding refrigerant and the a/c works like new again.
