hey i recently just bought another ford ranger after my first one finally fell apart. im hoping i get to start moding my ranger soon its a 1991 with 3.0l v6 is there any cheap mods out there?

 

Hi and welcome hmmm cheap mod.. get a cherry bomb or flowmaster will sound better then stock muffler :P

i heard that the cherry bomb mufflers dont last very long but there cheap. would either one of them give me a deeper sound, because its already straight piped but doesnt sound that great when i get on it.

 

thanks, i will look through there. and yeah i can post some pics, i only have one right now. i just finished painting it, and its rust free. the front is lowered 3 inches but im going to raise it back to stock hight because the people that owned it before me cut coils off the springs and i dont like the way it rides.

to install i just cut my stock muffler out and put a 22" cherry bomb in its place still follows stock pipes. Also might be my view on it but the cherry bomb sounds way better... if this was a 4.0 or 5.0 go flows under that cherry seems fine.

 

i like the way yours sounds, so im pretty sure im going with the cherry bomb, and a nice chrome tip out the back. and im looking into putting subs in my truck, is there any cheaper ones that sound good?
