well I have taken the 3.0 out of my 97 4wd to replace to oil pan and fix an exhaust manifold leak. So i am replacing the oil pan/ gasket, exhaust manifold gaskets and manifold studs, and I think I am also going to replace the frost plugs. Is there any other things i should replace while i have the motor out that may save me headaches in the future?

 

Rear main seal? Mine just started leaking and its going to be a PITA.
