I have a 1990 Ford Ranger with the 4.0 OHV I was looking for a DIY sections for cheap and easy upgrades but didnt find any. So what all can be done to the engine in my truck links and costs would be appreciated also what can be done to the transmission? Thank you in advance

you can get a programmer and a screamin demon coil pack good plugs n wires. A bronco 2 swar bar explorer leaf springs, a 1354m there is a whole list of things that you can do.
