brand new to this forum tried others but not helpful really. I want to upgrade my engine what do you guys suggest? Ne help would be greatly appreciated.

SCT tuner, K&N Drop-in filter, synthetic fluids, and cat back exhaust will help some, but you're not gonna find much more (or get much more power) other than a supercharger kit. I've got the tuner, synth, cat-back, plus a Screamin' Demon coil pack, 8mm plug wires, opened-gap Autolite Platinum plugs, and aFe Stage 2 intake-I picked-up about 17 hp, 34 lb/ft at the crank.

mike, did you put your truck on a dyno to verify the power gains or is this all estimates

 

I ran it on the dyno at Carlisle Ford Nats in June--verified gains.
