Could anyone help point me in the right direction? I have the hood open, air filter housing out of the way and electrical gear ready to go. I have searched the web for an hour now with no luck. I know I have found something on it before, maybe a different site, but cannot find it now.

Alright so I am still not sure where I should be finding these wires? Are they under the air filter cylinder and behind the passenger headlight? Or are these wires located by the power distribution box with all the fuses against the firewall?

 

I believe the wire your looking for is directly under the fog light relay (terminal #5 Dark Green with Light Green stripe) located in the Power Distribution box. You'll need to cut this wire then splice in a new power feed to the side going to the relay socket.

You can either use the park lamps so the fog lights will only come on with your other lamps or you can use a source that get power only with the ignition on. Your choice.

Tape off or put a wire nut on the other end of the wire you cut.

Here's a basic wiring diagram for this mod using the park lamps.

 

Thanks Rev. I just wasn't positive on what to do and didn't want to start cutting up the bundled wires and find that the one I need isn't there.
I will attempt again tomorrow.
