Get the parts from as close to your truck as possible, my truck is an 03 and I found an 02, Lucky.
If you want everything to work as OEM then you need the GEM and other parts that I am not qualified to list.

There is a great How-To about using OEM parts but wiring them separate from the OEM Harness.
You get all of the OEM wiring you can from the donor truck but hook up a separate hot and grounds.

Try this: https://www.ranger-forums.com/interior-exterior-electrical-123/how-power-window-swap-using-oem-parts-118206/
Cory wrote a great How-To, kudos…
IF I can ever get my shop cleared (lazy) I will be following the above writeup.

i put oem power windows in my 95. used 97 regulators. but i didn't wire mine into the factory switches. i ended up putting some older toyota switches in the center console.
