Icon5 2004 2wd Ranger 3.0L K&N CAI and Magnaflow Exhaust? Think it will help?!

So I'm thinking about putting a K&N intake and Magnaflow Xtreme Dual exhaust on my truck. (2004 2wd Ranger 3.0L) Think it will help the lack of power that she has? And what do you guys use? And don't tell me to get a 4.0L I know they have way more power but I got this one for 650 bucks so.

I got a 2004 ford ranger Edge with the 3l and i quite like it. I do have Magnaflow Duels and a K and N cold are intake but its no sports car fast but its fast enough to get me into trouble time to time. But i wouldn't recommend the K and N Unless you get it cheap ( got mine for free) cause it ill cause more problems than its worth. As soon as i installed it i got BAD gas mileages and i had a check engine light for Fuel air ratio but i have fixed it and with the KN on it does add power ( from i what i can feel) and Sounds Sweet with the Duels on it.

It'd definitely sound better... you may want to consider a tuner as well to get the most out of it!

You'll get something. And it should sound better, which will make it more enjoyable to drive.
Not sure which intake you're looking at but make sure it is one that gets air from outside of the engine compartment. The cheap ones that have the air filter exposed inside the engine compartment will cause less power because you are pulling in hot air.
