Hmmmm.....why not?!

So after reading on the SC builds and all, makes me wanna do it! I have been looking but not everything seems to be under one thread. After I get my truck running properly and all, I would like to start the building process.

Here is my list of mods/to do:

Brakes: drum to disk, "beef-up" front brakes
Suspension: New struts front, new leaf springs rear
Air/Fuel: bigger/faster pump, beefier feed lines, injectors, MAF
Exhaust: different diameter maybe dual?

Besides the usual small items here and there before the SC goes on and the tune. Is there anything I'm missing? Will I need a new ECM?

Thanks!

If you are doing that to the engine and rule lines, if it was me. I would. It is always better to error on the side of caution.

Sound s good from a layman's point, good to get it together before putting the big guns to work.
What about a new set of exhaust manifolds maybe headers that work with the SuperCharger, one of the biggest things that is neglected in the exhaust system.
Remember an internal combustion engine is nothing more than an air pump, air in air out, if you improve on one end then you need to do something on the other.
What size exhaust/headers are recommended by the manufacturer of the SC ?

The last thing I would do, not directly related to the SC but maybe do it before the SC is in place, is the ground wires, replace the one from the battery to the frame with a larger gauge wire, add a large ground wire from the Alternator Housing to the common ground point and add another ground wire, large gauge, from the ground point/battery negative post to one of the starter bolts to improve the current flow for the starter.
Make sure all connecting point are bare metal and use a good quality Anti-Corrosio Paste on the connections.
All the ground wire should be at least the gauge of the feed wires feeding the component so the flow will be at full current.

Luck with the SC...

What about monitoring devices? How would you control the larger injectors?
