Yeah strobes aren't illegal.

i didn't see that, so probably not, depends on the state though. blue is the killer, red is legal in a lot of places.

 

I don't even think you can have red ones down here. Guy said it had "cherries and berries" on it so I'm assuming that's red and blue. Pretty cool light bar though.

 

here you can have red/ white, or any shade in between (pink?) strobes facing rear, and amber or white, or any shade between facing forward. Only to be used for emergency situations obviously, stranded motorist, etc.

 

In NY you can have blue but not red.

 

idk what the laws are. but i know you could probably get away with it as long as you didnt use them on public roads, pull people over, or just generally being stupid. I used to see a little ford probe running around with a early 1990s red and blue light bar on top.
