I bought a 2002 Ranger 3 days ago and the driver's side window makes a lot of noise when traveling at highway speed. It doesn't seal well along the top of the window, and I can actually feel air movement with my hand. How do I fix this?

Also on the topic of window weatherstripping, the exterior molding along the bottom of the window is missing on the passenger side. Where can I get this? Auto recyclers the best bet?
