NEW SHOCKS!!

I need to get new shocks ASAP cuz I just turned 150,000 miles ....and I think my front ones are completely blown and the backs arent much better. I need 2in lifted shocks for the 2in block in the back and the 2in coil spacer in the front. I tried ordering bilstein 5100s today but they are back-ordered til late August . I dont think i can wait that long so what are my other options??? I've heard good things about Rancho 9000s....but I dont know if they'll fit my truck. Im also considering Fabtech and Procomp shocks for my coil sprung truck....lemme know what you guys think...

Korey is running the RS9000XL's. he may know the specs on them that you'll need, at least for the rear since hes an edge.

I ran the rancho's there good. Either that or bilstein has 2" lift shocks for a 4x4 that will work for your truck.

What is your front lift?

Dont tell me that! I purchased some from 4wheelparts and the guy told me they'd have to get them directly from bilstein.... but he never said anything about a back-order until august!

2in coil spacers for fatbobsgarage.com 3in spindles and a 3in body...but the spacer is the only thing that affects shock length. correct?

I emailed them while at the beach and got a call back from 4wheelparts saying they can't know if they are backordered or not until they can call bilstein directly which cant happen until Thursday (obviously). He said he'll call me back when he does. He also told me though that according to his computer system they should ship with the next batch of stuff from bilstein and he said the latest I'd get them should be the 9th. He was fairly certain it was all good, but Im eagerly awaiting his call Thursday to hear the 100% truth and I'll report back.

Screw this. Bilstein isn't even starting production again until the 9th, with an estimated delivery time of the 21'st by 4wheelparts at the earliest. I called ORW and was told they have none as well, but are calling bilstein and will let me know if the situation is any different for them. The guy basically told me unfortunately bilstein is bilstein, and they can do whatever they want since theres no real competition. They can afford to decide not to keep production going randomly.
