Torsion Bar Issues

I've been slapping bump stops both sides and having a clunk. Anyways on a flat surface my LCA's are flat with the bars maxed. Anyways where the T bar enters the LCA the drivers side seems awfully close and the Passenger side is directly in the middle. Here are some pics

Passenger Side

Buy new bars and replace. See if that solves the problem. What do bars run anyways?

Already did it when i bought the truck. Turned them 90 degrees. Won't crank them until i'm lifted anyways.

I'm sorry i actually have bills to pay so i can't drop $1200 on wheels and tires at the drop of the hat like you.

You can rotate the bars? I thought it was a twisting motion put on them and rotating then did nothing.

Yea. Mid 2000's GMC trucks have crappy T-bars in them, in order to pick the truck up a little bit more before cranking the bars was to rotate them 90 degrees. Thats where i learned about the trick.
