Where Should I Mount my 4ft CB Antenna

Hey all,
Im a new memeber of the site, just got myself a 98 ranger slt. I have a cb and am wondering where is a good spot to mount a 4ft firestik.

I had mine mounted on the bed rail behind the cab and ran the wire through the bottom of the cab using one of the rubber plugs on the floor board

Use a wilson 1000 with magnet directly in middle of roof. No other place will get you better reception. Behind cab will block a lot of signal in front of you (where you want the most reception) this is why truckers are mirror mounted an slightly pointing towards front of truck.
