I recently inherited a '93 ranger with the 3.0 that didn't run. After doing simple tune up it runs smooth. I was wondering if there were any computer mods that could be done. I am not talking about smoking the tires but simply 5 to 20 hp or any other way to get any other way to make it more efficient. I apologize if this is something that has already been discussed, I would appreciate a thread title or direction.
