Well I took off my oil pan to see what was happening inside of the engine. As I took it off before, found some sludge down in it. Now I didn't find any this time so that's a plus, but I did find an 8mm nut in the pan. I find this to be quite alarming. There is a chance maybe I dropped it in there by mistake but I'm pretty sure I would remember doing so. Anyway any idea to what it might go to??? I've never pulled this engine completely apart so I'm not quite sure. The engine runs smooth and quiet as a mouse..

 

Check the oil pump i think that's the only thing that would have a fastener that size internally.
