Starting today the airbag light comes on and stays on (no blinking) and the a/c is not blowing air through the vents. I can faintly feel cold air but it's not blowing out. Could this be all fuse issues?

 

Watch the airbag light when you first turn the switch on. Watch it closely. Mine would blink twice, then seven times. It did this I think four times in a row then came on solid. This was a code, 27. It was the airbag light in the switch that turns the passenger airbag on or off. Someone on here had a simple step by step fix that took about 30 minutes. Had an AC issue similar to yours. Was the blend door actuator switch.
