Hi everyone, a month ago I joined the Ranger family. I bought an 87 Ranger XLT with the Zimmer package. I've managed to verify it is a real Zimmer but that's all I've done. I contacted Zimmer motors and they have no records past 1995, I've been trying to find out a little more about y truck as well as how rare is it really.
I'm hoping someone on here has a hard to find website with info of the now defunct Zimmer Motors Vans division (that is the division that made the Rangers, S10s and so forth) thanks for your time.

I bought a ranger said to be a Zimmer edition was looking through the truck and I found a old Zimmer badge metal with a number on the back. I then started to look online for it and I found out that Zimmer didn't keep records untill 1995 if I'm right so I just want to know what you have found.

the number is hand stamped on the back and the mount studs are broke off but the number is 83818586
