Need help, brake question
Need help, brake question
On my 06 Ranger I adjusted the rear brake shoes so that there is equal drag on both drums, ( I checked it carefully several times) but the drivers side drum feels warmer than the passenger side drum, after using the brakes. Is it possible that there is air in the passenger side brake line preventing the shoes from pushing out as hard as the drivers side shoes? Thanks
Yes, the passenger side is getting fluid. I bled them twice, but by myself using a plastic vacuum pump, it didn't work real great, it was hard to get the fluid out of any of the lines because I couldn't get a real good seal.
