Hello,
I have a 2010 4x4 extended cab. I will be running an 'av' cable from the rear to wanting to get it into/inside of the cab. Has anyone noticed an access point somewhere so one can do this? I really do not want to drill a hole....

 

Run it underneath the truck and come up in the cab from one of the holes where the cab bolts to the frame. If you pick up the carpet or vinyl floor, you'll see 4 of them, one in each corner.
