Crank Pulley wobble

So Belt started squealing, replaced idle and tensioner, new belt, radiator cap since it was leaking figured it was letting fluid get blown into the belt. just Noticed today my crank pulley has a feint wobble to it....Damnit! been Researching seeing that some crank bolts are tty....can anyone verify this? had Mine off when I re did timing chain....just used the same bolt thought nothing of it. perhaps Maybe just the bolts on my pulley are loose some how, Idk thought I used loc tite.... Will evaluate the situation better later. anyone Else ever faced this problem?

3.0l engine also has the Cam synchro "squeal" potential.

Slight wobble isn't a problem, unless pulley is loosening up
Squeal from a belt will polish the pulleys when it squeals so putting on a new belt sometimes does get rid of the squeal completely because new belt is slipping on the polished areas of the pulleys
Repainting pulleys will give new belt a better grip, or roughing up the pulleys with Emory cloth.
Fan belt is all about friction, it needs a good grip to prevent slipping(squealing), smooth is bad, rough is good.

With engine cold and fan belt off the crank, start engine and rev it up a few times, if you still have a squeal then time to replace Cam Synchro.
Don't run engine longer than 2 minutes without water pump :)
