Water leaking into TQ housing HELP!

Two days ago lost radiator hose and all water. Had ranger towed home. Got hose on and refilled system. Not holding pressure and water leak near rear of engine. Got it on ramps, and pumped up pressure with tester.

I have water leaking from rear and front of TQ housing.

So I'm guessing, I lost a rear seal or other leak on back of engine.

Looking for ideas before pulling trans and housing. I did wipe off water and oil, and it IS coming from front and rear of housing.

What year is the engine?
i.e. 2000 and earlier would be 4.0l OHV
2001 and up 4.0l SOHC

TQ ? torque converter

So Bell housing is leaking coolant

Could have a leaking Core Plug(freeze plug)

Losing a radiator hose is not common, was engine running warmer than usual before this happened, so too much pressure and it blew off radiator hose?

Whats the oil on the dip stick show?
Clean oil or milkshake(oil and coolant mixed)
