If i run 4in shackles on a 99 ranger could i run 2in coil spacers and make it a 6 in in the front? And would you have to run brake line extensions? Also would you need extended shocks for a 3in shackle lift in the rear?

Do you have coil springs or leaf springs in the front?

Then you can't use shackles in the front. Those are for leaf springs.
