EBAY headlights

Probably asked, but after searching I can't find any threads.

Anyone try these headlights? Headlight Set For 2001-2011 Ford Ranger Driver and Passenger Side w/ bulb | eBay

Wondering how they hold up and if I have to buy anything additional to make them work?

That's as stock as you can get. Should pop right in with no more fuss than the originals. Now, I can't vouche for the longevity of them, but I bought a set of aftermarket lights for my 99 a little over a year ago and thus far they look great, still. I like to wax my lenses when I wax the paint.

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. I'll probably try to clean the originals 1st, but those sure look nice all clear and shiny.

I bought a pair three or four years ago, still look nice, but the only problem I have is not enough upward tilt for for dims or brights.Seems the adjustment screws aren't as long as stock headlights I was informed by a body shop after I tried to get them adjusted up. I can drive at night on brights and never get blinked to dim my lights and down road vision isn't very good.Other than that they are great. I do very little night driving out on the highway, so doesn't bother me much.

Thanks Bob. I had asked the seller if I needed to buy new adjustment screws an they said I can reuse the old ones. So yours came with adjusters installed? They said these only had the bulbs installed.

Now I look at the pics again I guess it does come with them.

They came with the adjustment screws, they all worked okay but the top ones on the outside corners, that are the ones that adjust them up or down. When the body shop guy tried to raise them more, the ball popped out of the socket. I don't have a major problem with them, since I do very little night driving out of town. The few times I have, seems the lights are aimed like low beams and fear of deer and animals is my biggest concern.

If you buy them compare OEM headlights to the top corner adjusters and swap them out if they are longer, if you can. Sadly I pitched mine and nothing to compare too.
