So a friend of mine said he slipped onto the turn signal and now it won't blink either way. The back casing fell off of the signal itself and I don't get any flasher response. The windshield wipers still work and when you press the brakes, the left signal turns on and stays on (not blinking) until you release the brakes. We replaced the flasher relay but it changed nothing. I'm very new to cars and don't have too much experience. Do I need a new turn signal stick altogether?
