Adding more lights to front end

i got 2 more hellas and i already got 2 mounted..so i was wonderin how to mount 2 more..so i got a peice or aluminum flat bar and went across from clip1 to clip2 and it works but it bounces to much..any ideas..

Maybe a little thicker bar??? Or weld in some reinforcements for the bar.

I like em both KC and Hella..

but hella got them black magic 1st time i saw them i was HOOKED looks good gives out light only 50 watts less then KC..

if bob does sell them im SOLD

well, bob is working on that, however bob is using a thicker tab then highroller, so really his problem is that his tabs arent thick enought to support 4 lights on a bar going accrossed without bouncing


however some will say bob's tabs are a bit overkill, but wheres the problem in that, cause its not going to bounce

i got quarter inch all around...

1/4" alum..

when i go back to work on Monday i know we got some 1/4" steel i will fab up and see if that helps..well do that cuz i know its stronger..

so this helps me in this subject :)

Illuminum has more flex then the steel does.
