So my wife drove to work with the E-brake on...

She drove about 30 minutes to work with the parking brake on. I just replaced everything in the rear less than 200 miles ago Drums, shoes, hardware etc. Still waiting for her to get home to see how bad it is. What are my chances my rear brakes arent destroyed...

Lol well just pulled them apart. Brake must not have been on very hard. No damage, just cleaned some extra dust out, scuffed the shoes to remove the slight glazing and adjusted them a couple clicks. No big deal. No cracks, scorch mark's etc. Guess I got lucky on this one. I'm thinking she might have just put her foot on the pedal enough to set the light off but not really engage the brake fully. Fully engaged the truck wont even move which is why I assumed everything would be destroyed.
