The 2 steel rod hangers holding up the muffler broke off at the top of the muffler end. The rubber grommets themselves are ok.
The hanger at the very end of the exhaust by the tailpipe is still good so the system is still held up.
Any MacGyver type fixes i can try until i can get to a muffler shop?

Wire coat hanger.
Ty wire.
Big hose clamp.
Water heater strap.

Anything metal and flexible to "hammock" the pipe and muffler to keep from dropping off.

On the trail, you always carry a roll of ty wire.
