I got a 4.0 ranger having to put wiring harnesses back on. Anyone know where best place to get a descriptive and possibly pictorial wiring diagram

 

Not sure there is anything like that

The EVTM would be closest you would get, EVTM = electrical vacuum troubleshooting manual

You would need 2001 Ranger EVTM

Ford makes these each year for each model and sends them out with the Shop Manual set to each dealer, its often sold separately on ebay
Very detailed on where wires are run and how to test them
